What You Need to Know Before You Build.

Most projects are completed within 10–12 weeks from design sign-off to delivery. Smaller or simpler enclosures, such as skin-tight generator packages, can move faster with timelines as short as 8–10 weeks. Larger or more complex builds may run 12–16 weeks depending on scope. We'll provide a firm timeline once we understand your noise target requirements.

No. Our process is built around minimizing operational disruption. Acoustic enclosures are designed and manufactured off-site, then delivered ready for installation. We coordinate delivery and placement around your schedule so your site can continue operating throughout the process.

We serve clients across North America, with projects delivered throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and beyond. All acoustic enclosures are designed and manufactured at our facility in Aldersyde, AB, then delivered to your site.

Each acoustic enclosure is designed to meet your specific noise target whether that's 55 dB for a residential-adjacent site, 65 dB for a community zone, or 85 dB for a heavy industrial application. On real projects, our solutions have achieved reductions of up to 45 dB, depending on conditions and scope. We confirm expected performance during the design phase.

Noise target requirements vary by industry, application, and jurisdiction. For example, oil and gas operations in Alberta often follow AER Directive 038. Typical limits may range from 55–75 dB for industrial or community zones, and 38–45 dB for residential areas.

We design and manufacture walk-in generator enclosures and skin-tight generator enclosures as our primary acoustic enclosure products. We also deliver integrated packages that can include exhaust systems, louvers, fuel tanks, fire suppression systems, electrical systems, and e-houses.

All solutions are delivered as complete turnkey packages, from concept through to manufacturing and delivery.

A Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is an optional verification process that can be performed at our facility prior to shipment.

FAT is conducted upon client request and is typically reserved for projects with specific operational, performance, or witness-testing requirements. The process allows clients to verify that the enclosure and associated systems perform in accordance with the agreed project specifications before delivery.

While not every project requires a FAT, our team has the capability to provide comprehensive testing when the application or client demands it

Tell us about your project using the form above, and our team will follow up.
