Alyssa is the reason projects finish on time and on spec. She manages the moving parts scheduling, procurement, site coordination, and the thousand small decisions that keep a fabrication and installation business running without friction. She's been in operations for over eight years and has developed a reputation for keeping her word, keeping her team on track, and keeping clients informed before they have to ask.

Technical Sales & Safety Liaison
Ayslynne sits at the intersection of technical knowledge and client relationships which is exactly where good acoustic solutions start. With a background in occupational health and safety, she understands the regulatory landscape that drives most of Sound Enclosures' work. She's typically the first person a new client talks to, and the reason they feel confident moving forward. She doesn't just sell solutions she helps clients understand what they actually need.
Ryan Russell
Fabrication Foreman & QA/QC
Ryan oversees everything that gets built. With over a decade in structural fabrication and welding, he's developed an eye for the details that determine whether an enclosure performs in the field or fails under pressure. Every weld, every panel, every finished unit goes through his sign-off before it leaves the shop. Under his watch, Sound Enclosures maintains its CWB W47.1 certification not as a formality, but as a standard he takes personally.
